Job Description
Tealfeed is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sales and research, and a passion for helping professionals succeed. As a Business Development Intern, you will be responsible for continuously researching about Tealfeed's Ideal Customer Profiles and figuring out innovative ways to reach out to them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generating leads of Tealfeed's Ideal Customer Profiles through through various platforms including social media, industry forums, and professional networks.
2. Understanding the company's services and offerings to integrate various marketing strategies.
3. Actively engaging with leads to qualify them and make them sales-ready.
4. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
5. Maintaining lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution, and results.
6. Utilizing sales and marketing tools to execute sales campaigns
7. Constantly optimizing campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
2. Strong interest in sales, marketing, research and business development.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Ability to perform market research and analyze data to identify potential leads.
5. Proficiency in using email marketing tools and CRM software.
6. Comfortable with cold calling and engaging with leads over the phone.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
10. Prior experience in lead generation or sales is a plus but not required.
