Job Description

At Tealfeed, we are looking for a Advertising Campaign Specialist who can develop strong and innovative strategies to promote the business brand, products, and services through paid marketing strategies. You will be expected to effectively use all marketing tools and techniques like PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.

Daily Responsibilities (CTC: INR 10-14 LPA + ESOPs)

  • Build, test, and execute retention and acquisition campaigns through different marketing channels. This includes the creation of written content, data analysis, testing, performance reporting, and creating learnings for optimization of future programs
  • Manage paid acquisition from various performance marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others
  • Analyze results and optimize individual campaigns
  • Generate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports for stakeholders
  • Manage reporting on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CPI, CAC, LTV, and, ROAS
  • Monitor campaign performance and user journey using tools such as Appsflyer, Google Analytics, MoEngage
  • Understand your target audience and customer behaviors
  • Analyze creative data and make recommendations to the Creative designers
  • Leading keyword research and optimization of content
  • Process optimization to improve traffic and conversion funnel
  • Onboarding new user acquisition partners and running pilot campaigns to measure the effectiveness of new user acquisition sources


  • Paid marketing experience, preferably in consumer-facing products.
  • Proficient in using analytical tools like Appsflyer and Google Analytics
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience with fast-paced, high-growth startups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A natural strategist

Good to have

  • Prior experience of working on the paid acquisition of users and creators  in the content space
  • Knowledge of SEO
